Take a critical role in building the alumni base and community for ISB Executive Education, ISB Online and ISB Partnership Programmes. Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of alumni engagement strategies, focusing on fostering relationships with senior alumni and driving the success of alumni initiatives. Job Outline Collaborate with cross-functional teams for building a strong alumni community through events, communications and other initiatives. Take a lead role in planning, organizing, and executing alumni events, both virtual and in-person. This includes reunions, networking sessions, workshops, webinars, and other relevant activities. Ensure seamless event logistics, coordinate with vendors, and manage event budgets. Understand alumni interests, career paths, and achievements to tailor engagement efforts effectively. Support the Marcomms team in creating engaging content for newsletters, social media platforms, and website updates related to alumni achievements, events, and news. Gather feedback from alumni regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement. Use this feedback to enhance the alumni engagement strategy. Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Job Specification Knowledge / Education : Bachelor's degree in any field Specific Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. Desirable Experience 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in alumni relations, event management, public relations, or related roles.
