The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing HR processes for a greenfield project within a manufacturing setup. Key Responsibilities: PMS Implementation: Design, implement, and monitor effective performance management systems to align individual goals with organizational objectives. Employee Gradation: Develop and execute structured frameworks for employee evaluation, skill-based gradation, and growth pathways. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, curate learning modules, and implement training programs to enhance workforce efficiency and engagement. Collaborate with leadership to set up robust HR operations in a new plant setup , ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices. Experience Required: Proven expertise in PMS rollouts and workforce development in a manufacturing environment. HR experience, particularly with greenfield projects or industrial setups. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills .
