Note: Fluency in English is compulsory for the candidate. Job Overview We are hiring a PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a strong understanding of campaign management, bid strategies, audience targeting, and performance analysis. Excellent English communication skills are mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization for better performance. Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and creatives to improve CTR and conversions. Track and analyze campaign performance based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions. Perform A/B testing for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies to enhance performance. Stay updated with Google and Facebook algorithm changes and industry best practices. Allocate and manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance for internal teams and clients. Requirements Minimum of one years of experience in PPC campaign management. Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including Meta Business Suite, Pixel, Retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize for better performance. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
