Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Sales & Operations to lead our travel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and customer service skills to enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify new business opportunities and establish corporate tie-ups. • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and partners. • Drive promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility. • Negotiate and secure deals with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers. Operations & Customer Service: • Oversee end-to-end travel booking processes, including flights, hotels, and car rentals. • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer support teams. • Optimize workflow and implement best practices to improve efficiency. • Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns. • Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction levels. Team Management & Leadership: • Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations executives. • Set performance targets and conduct regular evaluations. • Train the team on industry trends, sales techniques, and customer service. • Foster a positive and motivated work environment. Reporting & Analysis: • Track sales performance and generate reports for senior management. • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in the travel industry, with a focus on sales and operations. • Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Travel & Tourism. Skills: • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS platforms, etc.). • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets as set by the Organisation.
