The ideal candidate will bring strategic financial acumen, a strong command over regulatory compliance, investor relations, and operational controllership. This is a high-impact role that demands strong stakeholder engagement—including cross-border investors—and a deep understanding of the fintech/NBFC/Leding ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Planning: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business goals.Controllership: Oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage audits, and maintain internal controls.Compliance & Governance: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across SEBI, RBI, and tax authorities; interface with regulators as needed.Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors; provide financial insights and reports.Fund Deployment: Manage capital allocation and optimize fund utilization across business verticals.Treasury Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies for liquidity and growth.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and compliance team.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including international partners, board members, and legal advisors.Key Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must; MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution is an added advantage.10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within NBFCs or fintech environments.Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations and compliance frameworks.Strong understanding of fund deployment strategy, risk management, and financial governance.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with global stakeholders.Urban-educated and culturally agile, with the maturity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.
