Ability to design and optimize business processes, coupled with expertise in performingRCAs. Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in development and Support projects Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders andtechnical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals.
