The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in corporate governance, an understanding of legal frameworks, and the ambition to learn and grow within the field.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Vacancy- Semi Qualified CS at SBK & ASSOCIATES, COMPANY SECRETARIES. This role is located in the Begumpet, Hyderabad.· Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns and forms.· Support the maintenance of statutory registers and records.· Coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.· Assist in drafting minutes of meetings and resolutions.· Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations.· Provide support in organizing board meetings and annual general meetings.· Help in the preparation of reports and documentation for corporate governance.· Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.· Maintain effective communication between the board of directors and various stakeholders.Qualifications· Semi-qualified Company Secretary (pursuing/completed CS Executive).· Strong understanding of corporate laws and regulations.· Excellent organizational and communication skills.· Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.Prior experience in a CS firm or corporate sector is an advantageInterested candidate can send your application to mail@.
