Qualifications:Experience in SF Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central Functional AreasExperience in building and supporting SF-SAP BIB Integration, Integration Center and CPI Integrations betweenSF and other non-SAP systemsBachelor's Degree preferred in HR or IT; or equivalent experience5-8 years’ experience in IT/HRIS/HR with 5+ years of SAP/Success Factors experience preferred.Preferred 2-3 Success Factors Implementation Experience (one of modules - EC, RCM, ONB, Succession ,PM/GM, Comp, LMS)Required Success Factors Certification (EC, RCM, ONB)Roles and Responsibilities:Play a key role in SuccessFactors (SF) implementation for all HR modules to document and understand currentprocesses, work with transition teams to understand any process changes, ensure implementation of differentmodules including testing, and support modules going forward for all updates and configuration changes.Partner closely with SuccessFactors, Implementation Partners, IT and HR during implementation. Handledevelopment of new SF processes and document current and future SAP/SF configuration.Act as testing lead for any of the above SuccessFactors Projects and liaison with internal and externalstakeholders and coordinate test strategy, test scenario, test plan and act as testing coordinator.Translate HR and other business needs into specifications for IT and implementation partnersResponsible for Success Factors HR reporting-create and modify reports and dashboards to support businessanalytic needs.Handle complex issues that is escalated from your peers or other team members.Build, monitor, enhancement and maintain SF-SAP(BIB) and SF to non-SAP (API Integrations) if needed for thisrole.Lead annual and mid-year HR processes for SF modules including understanding and leading and configurationchanges for SF modules. Update training, templates, route maps and reports to support changes to the annualprocesses. Manage user access, eligibility, managers/planning managers for year-end processes. Leads all testinginitiatives in preparation for year-end processes. Works with IT to develops reports and dashboards for all ouruser communities.Partner with SAP and SF to identify and evaluate the new versions and updates to SuccessFactors HR modules.Act as a primary point of contact with SFs and liaison with internal stakeholders, such as IT, HR and the BSO, toexplain updates, help HR determine if it should be implemented and handle any updates. Makerecommendations for SF enhancements and implements any enhancements. Provides support to HR to ensuresmooth transition for all updates.Act as a back-up on other SuccessFactors modules for which this role does not primarily supportAbility to build strong working relationships across all levels and functional teams within the organization andwith 3rd party implementation partners. Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills.Broad working knowledge of HR functions/business processes. Advanced analytical, problem solving skills, andorganizational skills with a high degree of initiative and focus on issue identification and systematically gatheringrelevant information.Ability to translate HR/Business needs to IT and Implementation partner
