We are agile and nimble and constantly looking to deliver value to our clients - from rapid Salesforce implementations to improving the ROI from existing investments.Responsibilities:Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.Design and propose innovative Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and drive value.Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather detailed business requirements.Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and functional requirements.Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to customize and configure Salesforce to meet client requirements.Create functional specifications, process flows, and use case diagrams to communicate requirements and solutions to development teams.Ensure that Salesforce solutions align with best practices and design patterns.Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective Salesforce adoption.Assist in change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of Salesforce solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment.Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.Qualifications:Overall 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Consultant.Proven ability to drive and document detailed business requirements independently.Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce during the requirement gathering phase.Expertise in Salesforce consulting, coaching for best practices in administration and implementation, focusing on enhancing user experience and streamlining processes through automation.Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to drive thought leadership and provide strategic insights.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Vision.Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.Writing functional specs, collaborating on design specs with tech team.Education / Certification-Master’s /University degree or equivalent experience.Mandatory Certification - Salesforce Business Analyst and Salesforce Admin, Salesforce AI Associate.What We OfferFreedom to take initiatives to strive for Excellence.Sponsored Certification to enhance Learning.Opportunity to learn and gain experience on Salesforce Industry Clouds.
