Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Head of Inventory Quality to lead the integrity, safety, and performance of our programmatic supply. This pivotal role will work across internal teams and external partners to ensure inventory quality, eliminate invalid traffic (IVT), and maximize campaign outcomes for our gaming clients.About adWMGadWMG, a division of WMG International, is a cutting-edge ad-tech company specializing in programmatic game promotion and monetization. Whether you're looking to unlock new revenue streams or amplify game performance, our DSP delivers powerful, data-driven advertising solutions.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and Analyze IVT: Proactively identify and analyze invalid traffic from supply partners using advanced detection tools and industry best practices.Manage Black & Whitelists: Curate and maintain dynamic blacklists and whitelists of bundles, domains, and apps to ensure high-quality supply.Supply Partner Communication: Establish and maintain communication with supply partners to resolve quality issues, enforce compliance, and drive performance improvements.Reporting & Metrics: Create and deliver comprehensive reports measuring key supply metrics, including CTR, viewability, IP geolocation, and user engagement trends.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Programmatic, Ad Operations, and Data Science teams to optimize campaign outcomes and supply partner performance.Tool Utilization: Leverage platforms like Human Security and Pixalate UI to assess and manage inventory quality, ensuring safe and viewable ad placements.Qualifications5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably in a supply quality, ad operations, or inventory management role.1+ year of hands-on experience with Human Security or DoubleVerify or Pixalate UI platforms.Deep understanding of IVT detection, ad fraud prevention, and viewability metrics.Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools and Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication and partner management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment.Why Join Us?Work at the forefront of gaming and advertising technology.Join a passionate and innovative team that's reshaping how games are promoted and monetized.Competitive salary and benefits.Flexible remote work options.Opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.
