Skill Expertise: Functional Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, Customer Management, Process Mapping, etc. Require someone who has good communication skills along with willing to travel within India / Abroad if necessary.Location: MangaloreMode of Working: Work from officeExperience - 7- 15 yrsBudget - 12 -15 LPA Fixed Required skills and qualifications:• Ability to manage a team of 4-6 individuals• Has handled implementation projects in the past – project initiation to go-live and postgo-live support• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent presentation skills• Having SQL skills is a plus• Willing to travel• Techno/Functional background, overall experience of 7+ years.• Client interaction experience is requiredJob Responsibilities:• Should have a Techno/Functional background, ability to come up with solution based oncustomer requirement and drive Business Workshops/CRP as required• Establish and maintain relationships with multiple client stakeholders, managecustomer relationships across diverse geographies.• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules,scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope,schedule, and budget• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget toensure that project requirements can be met• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels andescalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
