Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter – US StaffingLocation: Mangalore, On-site Experience: 2-5+ YearsShift: US Shift (EST)Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end technical recruitment for clients across the United States. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing qualified candidates for IT positions across various domains and technologies.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Source candidates from various channels including job boards.Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical skill sets, experience, and cultural fit.Negotiate rates/salaries and close candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles (W2, C2C, and 1099).Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends in the IT industry.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-5+ years of proven experience in US IT staffing with a strong understanding of the US job market and hiring practices.Expertise in sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing techniques.In-depth knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).Experience working with ATS/CRM tools such as Ceipal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets and deadlines.Proficiency in Boolean search techniques to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency.A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven attitude.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Prior experience handling team leads or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.Experience working with direct clients is a strong advantage.Why Join Us?Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.Flexible work environment.Opportunity to work with leading clients and technologies.Supportive and growth-oriented culture.
