JD of E-Commerce Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-budget advertising campaigns, and ensuring effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.), inventory management, customer experience, and competitor analysis. The E-Commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving key performance metrics Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Generation & Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the US, UK, and European markets. Implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize profitability while remaining competitive. Monitor market trends and adjust pricing models to maximize margins. 2. E-Commerce Platform Management: Manage product listings on platforms like and eBay, ensuring high-quality content, accurate descriptions, and optimized SEO to improve organic ranking. Regularly update product listings to reflect inventory availability, pricing changes, and promotional offers. Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices. 3. Advertising & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns to achieve target. Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with broader business goals. 4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts or overstock situations. Maintain a strong IPI score to avoid storage fees and ensure inventory health. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and delivery. 5. Customer Experience & Reviews: Monitor and analyze customer reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Maintain a strong NCX score by addressing customer concerns promptly and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve product ratings. 6. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and product opportunities. Use insights to refine our product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies. 7. ASIN Health & Organic Ranking: Ensure ASIN health by monitoring listing quality, resolving issues, and optimizing content for better visibility. Implement strategies to improve organic ranking through SEO, keyword optimization, and enhanced product content. 8. Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze and improve conversion rates by optimizing product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing. Conduct A/B testing to identify best-performing strategies and implement changes accordingly. 9. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators conversion rates, organic ranking and sales growth. Provide regular performance updates to senior management and recommend actionable insights. Qualifications: Education: Any degree. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the US , UK & European markets. Hands-on Experience in managing high-budget advertising campaigns and achieving strong ROAS. Hands-on Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in inventory management, pricing strategies, and ASIN health optimization. Excellent understanding of PPC advertising, SEO, and e-commerce best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
