Role Purpose: The Solution Architect will be the primary technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing analytics, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that all solutions meet business requirements, adhere to performance benchmarks, and align with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of analytics and data warehousing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimize data pipelines and integrations for accurate and timely data analysis and reporting. Conduct data modeling and design to enhance data quality and consistency. Collaborate with project teams to define business requirements and ensure successful data solution implementation. Provide technical guidance to development teams, including coding and solution design. Monitor the performance of BI systems and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness. The Solution Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the organization’s data capabilities. Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years in IT, with at least 4 years in a solution architect role focused on analytics and data warehousing. Proficient in data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and familiarity with microservices architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business value through data solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
