In this role, you'll contribute to various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, talent retention and policy development. Objectives of this Role Develop, implement, and interpret personnel policies and procedures Manage full-cycle recruiting and meet ongoing staffing needs Collaborate with vendors to support talent acquisition and development Develop HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and reports Administer benefits, compensation, and performance programs Recommend new policies and procedures to enhance the employee experience and HR efficiency Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Plan and implement employee engagement activities Maintain and improve the Sureify Culture and work closely with the Culture team to drive and implement employee engagement initiatives Responsibilities Source candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and engage with potential hires Engage with potential employees and manage all pre-boarding activities Manage onboarding paperwork and schedules, and partner with other departments to provide a positive first-day experience Handle administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including HRIS data entry and audits Provide HR support to employees on various issues, including absence, health, conduct, capability, grievances, and organizational change Manage bonus/incentive calculations, employee file updates, and benefits changes Assist with communication, interpretation, and maintenance of the employee handbook, directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development Required Skills and Qualifications Strong sourcing and recruiting for critical roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of HR procedures and policies Ethical and culturally aware Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field 5+ years of prior HR experience with a major focus on recruitment Resourceful and detail-oriented Knowledgeable about national employment laws and regulations
