Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Engineer to join our team in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and hands-on experience in factory settings, particularly in new product testing for pumps, motors, gear pumps, engines, and hydraulic products. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and testing of new mechanical products in a factory environment. Conduct performance testing and validation of products like pumps, motors, gear pumps, engines, and hydraulic systems. Interpret and apply industry standards such as IS, BS, ASME, UL, FM, ensuring compliance in product development. Work closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance and reliability. Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, reports, and test procedures . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in product development and testing in a factory environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical components such as pumps, motors, gear pumps, and hydraulic products. Ability to interpret and implement industry standards (IS, BS, ASME, UL, FM, etc.). Proficiency in mechanical design tools and testing equipment . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
