Strategy Lead – Office of the Management Committee Location: Hyderabad, India A globally respected investment organization with a strong international presence is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join the Office of the Management Committee in Hyderabad, India . The India office is led by a Management Committee that jointly oversees day-to-day operations and sets the strategic direction. This collaborative leadership model reflects the firm’s core values and commitment to excellence. Reporting to the Chief of Staff , this role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives and work closely with senior leadership across the firm. Role Requirements Experience: 10–18 years in relevant roles. Ideal Candidate Profiles: We are seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas: Technology MNCs – Chief of Staff, Business Manager, Strategy & Operations, Program Manager, or PMO roles at Top Tier Tech Product Firms. Consulting Firms – Strategic Program Management or Chief of Staff roles at Big Four firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) or other top consultancies. Global Capability Centers (GCCs) – Change Management, Strategic Initiatives Lead, Chief of Staff, or PMO roles at Global GCCs. Global Financial Institutions - Business Manager, Chief of Staff, or COO roles at Global Investment Banks, Investment Management Firms, Financial Services etc. What You Will Do Day-to-Day Lead and manage multiple strategic initiatives, from concept to execution. Draft business cases, support new ideas, and drive operational efficiencies. Keep the Management Committee updated on major initiatives and milestones. Plan and coordinate leadership meetings and offsites. Act as a liaison between the Management Committee, COO’s office, and senior business leaders. Support quarterly and annual strategic planning processes. Conduct in-depth analyses to address complex business challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders on financial insights, metrics, and business strategies. Continuously identify and implement process improvements. Who We Are Looking For Basic Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 8–15 years of experience in business or executive management roles. Proven experience in Chief of Staff, Business Management, or similar roles. Experience advising senior leaders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
