Finance Executive – Qualified CA (Fresher) We are a fast-growing D2C startup looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role primarily focuses on sales and revenue accounting while offering exposure to audits, compliance, finance process setup, and investment accounting. We seek someone with excellent technical skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a high degree of ownership. A candidate with good audit or accounting experience from articleship will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end accounting for D2C sales transactions, including transactions recording, revenue recognition, and GST invoicing. Reconcile sales data with internal reports, bank transactions, and payment gateway reports to ensure accuracy. Prepare and file GSTR-1, monitor GST compliances, and ensure accurate tax filings. Handle investment accounting, including tracking investments, recording transactions, computing accrued interest and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Work on financial audits, support audit closures, and assist in statutory and internal audits. Participate in overall finance process setup to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency. Work on compliance-related activities, including TDS filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting. Monitor and analyze discrepancies in financial reports, proactively resolving issues. Support monthly book closing, financial reporting, and preparation of MIS reports. Take full ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to process improvements. What We Are Looking For: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher) with strong technical expertise. Proactive learner with a strong drive to grow and contribute in a startup ecosystem. Efficient problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve accounting issues. High degree of ownership and ability to work independently. Good audit or accounting experience from articleship is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Advanced Excel and familiarity with Zoho Books or similar ERP systems is a plus.
