Role Overview: We seek an experienced and dynamic SEO Head to lead our organic growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO strategies and a proven track record of driving successful growth projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic growth across all digital platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification to improve search rankings. Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to create SEO-optimized content. Optimise on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data. Lead technical SEO initiatives such as website audits, crawl error resolution, and performance enhancements. Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority. Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. Identify emerging SEO trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead. Report regularly on SEO progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla. Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimisation, link building, and technical SEO. Familiarity with schema markup, rich snippets, and structured data. Requirements: 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO strategy and execution, ideally within the ed-tech or education sector. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices. Experience driving SEO success for content-heavy websites or platforms targeting working professionals and students. Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. Hands-on experience with content optimisation, technical SEO, and link-building strategies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
