Learn more at: Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher to teach Classes 11 and 12 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in business concepts, case studies, and board exam preparation strategies, and should foster entrepreneurial and financial thinking in students. Key Responsibilities • Curriculum Delivery: Teach Business Studies for Grades 11 & 12 as per CBSE guidelines. • Lesson Planning: Develop structured and interactive lesson plans using real-world examples. • Student Assessment: Conduct tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to support growth. • Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams through revision plans and practice assessments. • Parent Communication: Keep parents informed of academic progress and development. • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and contribute to department initiatives. Qualification Requirements • Postgraduate degree ( / MBA / MA in Business or Commerce-related disciplines) • OR Graduates/Postgraduates with specialization in Commerce, Management, or Business Administration and relevant teaching experience in CBSE +1 & +2 • Strong communication skills in English • Proficiency in MS Office tools , PowerPoint , and familiarity with digital teaching platforms Qualification Levels • Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience teaching Business Studies at senior school level. • Master Level: 4–8 years of experience. Supports students in board exam prep and academic mentoring. • Developer Level: 9+ years of experience. Leads curriculum design, academic strategy, and case study integration.
