Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Expansion Manager  to lead our expansion efforts by identifying new branch opportunities, securing necessary permits, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong research and coordination skills to navigate regulatory requirements while also excelling in sales and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Expansion & Permitting Research potential new branch locations, analyzing market demand, competition, and feasibility. Coordinate with legal, real estate, and government agencies to obtain necessary licenses, permits, and approvals for new locations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for business operations. Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, zoning boards, and municipal authorities. Track and manage timelines for permit approvals to keep expansion plans on schedule. Sales & Business Development Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and partnerships. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and business partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements to support business growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand presence in new markets.  Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role  (experience in permitting, franchising, or commercial real estate is a plus). Proven ability to navigate regulatory and permitting processes for new business locations. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Excellent research, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and business partners. Strong communication and presentation skills.
