Role: The candidate will be responsible for expanding sales within a defined region, ensuring the achievement or surpassing of revenue targets. The role involves implementing strategic sales plans and fostering robust customer relationships to facilitate sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Grow the company's business in the assigned region (South India, and Sri Lanka), focusing on delivering strong revenue and market presence Position the company as a market leader in SMT Integrated Smart Factory Solutions, emphasizing technological leadership, process consultation, production simulation, and optimization Build and maintain strong relationships with regional, international, and global key accounts in the region, ensuring growth in these account Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration Develop and manage indirect sales channels to ensure maximum market coverage and business growth Develop strategies to achieve profitable and sustainable sales growth that aligns with the company’s strategic directions, Widely Important Goals and investor group (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, European, American, etc.) investing in the region Promote ASMPT SMT brand awareness in the market, enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring a strong, positive impact on customer satisfaction Lead and coach key team members to ensure effective resource deployment and overall team development Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline Experience in SMT industry Minimum 15 years of proven sales and business development experience Strong strategic experience in sales process implementation Excellent negotiation skills with persistence Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks effectively Strong monitoring, analytical, and management reporting skills Effective time management skills Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
