SALES & COLLECTION Develop and execute area sales strategies (region, crop, season specific) with RSM to achieve targets and timely collections. Build efficient distribution networks. Implement product strategy. TEAM DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT Create and implement team route plans. Train and guide team on products, routes, activities, and SFA app. Monitor team performance, drive target achievement, and address underperformance. Manage recruitment for the state. Ensure adherence to travel expense limits. Organize farmer and dealer meetings with marketing support. BA & BUSINESS PROFIT MANAGEMENT Ensure complete stock liquidation at all dealer levels. Prepare and present monthly MIS to management. Submit cost-benefit analysis of product demos and crop shows. Analyze competitor products and suggest improvements/new products. Provide timely MIS reporting to RSM. Manage business and relationships with large farmers (10+ acres). Resolve BA and farmer issues within company standards. MISCELLANEOUS Resolve local government issues. Manage sales consultants (with approval). Skills: Excellent selling, team management, influencing skills; knowledge of territory's agri-input and biological markets, sustainable agriculture. Experience: 10-15 years in agri-input market (territory/nearby), 3-5 years in biological segments. Education: BSc, MBA, MSc in Agri (preferred). Preferred Companies: BASF, Syngenta, Biostadt, FNC, Godrej Agrovet.
