Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality service that meets customer needs and expectations. Training will be provided to ensure consultants are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Qualifications Strong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales Experience in Negotiation and client engagement Training capabilities to effectively educate clients and colleagues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and be flexible with working hours Proven track record in real estate or a related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Hotel Management or related field is beneficial Own conveyance is ideal
