Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to align with the university's branding and communication goals. Manage and maintain all official social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to improve brands social media presence. 2. Content Creation and Curation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics. Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all social media channels. 3. Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with students, alumni, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders through social media interactions. Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration with influencers and partners. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Generate monthly and quarterly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies. Use data-driven insights to optimize content and improve engagement metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an educational or corporate environment. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
