Job Summary: This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment while also supporting employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in Canva and MS Excel for recruitment tracking and branding efforts. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding . Develop a pipeline of candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals . Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently. Ensure timely closure of open roles while maintaining quality hiring standards. Maintain candidate records and recruitment data using MS Excel . Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Employer Branding Create basic visual recruitment content using Canva for job postings and social media. Support branding initiatives for recruitment campaigns and employer branding events . Employee Engagement Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a positive induction experience . Handle basic HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records . Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Freshers or candidates with 0.5 to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or HR . Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting .
