Know more about us here Overview of the role Nanoprecise Sci Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer , particularly focusing on sensors, plays a crucial role in enhancing the reliability, efficiency, and performance of industrial assets. These engineers use advanced sensor technologies, data analytics, and real-time monitoring techniques to assess the condition of machinery and equipment across various industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, cement, utilities, and more. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for condition monitoring of equipment and assets. Create short-term and long-term plans to monitor equipment conditions across all assets. Ensure condition monitoring strategies are aligned with the organization's goals. Lead and manage a team of condition monitoring specialists and technicians. Develop predictive maintenance programs based on the analysis of condition monitoring data. Generate and present regular reports on the status of equipment condition and asset health. Ensure all condition monitoring activities are well-documented and meet compliance and regulatory standards. Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during condition monitoring inspections and tests. Analyze past performance and reliability data to improve future practices. Measures/ KRA’s: Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, power plants, or similar environments. Communication Skills: Strong ability to interpret and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and reliability improvement. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of vibration diagnostics, signal processing techniques, and spectral analysis. Software Proficiency: Experience with vibration analysis software such as Emerson CSI, SKF, Pruftechnik, or similar tools. Challenges: 1. Willingness to travel to sites as and when required PAN India and abroad based on project need. 2. Effectively communicate Analysis to the end customer Preferred Skills Certification: Level 2, 3 Vibration Analyst certification (ISO 18436-2) is required Qualifications & Experience BE/Btech -Mechanical/Electrical with minimum experience of 6+ years in similar field.
