Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Hospital Partnership Manager (C-Level) to lead our strategic collaborations with top-tier hospitals such as Manipal, Apollo, Fortis, and Max Healthcare . This role is critical in building and managing high-value partnerships that drive growth, improve service offerings, and expand Lifetime Health’s presence in the hospital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with major healthcare institutions, a deep understanding of hospital operations, and a proven track record of establishing successful business partnerships at the executive level. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Hospital Partnerships: Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with leading hospital chains to integrate their services into the Lifetime Health platform. Business Growth & Expansion: Drive partnership initiatives that enhance our service portfolio, improve patient care, and increase market reach. Contract Negotiations: Lead high-level negotiations, structure agreements, and finalize contracts with hospital stakeholders, ensuring favorable business terms. Operational Integration: Work closely with hospital administrators, operations teams, and Lifetime Health’s product and technology teams to ensure seamless service integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives, medical directors, and key decision-makers to foster long-term collaborations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all partnerships comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards, mitigating any legal or operational risks. Market Analysis & Competitor Insights: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare space. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of hospital partnerships and optimize strategies accordingly. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred). Experience: 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, hospital business development, or corporate relations within the healthcare industry. Preferred Background: Experience working with or managing partnerships with major hospital chains such as Manipal, Apollo, Fortis, Max Healthcare, or similar . Skills: Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of hospital operations, healthcare business models, and service integration strategies. Proven ability to lead complex deal negotiations and manage high-profile relationships. Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and technology teams. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and strategic decision-making.
