Job Title: Director of Sales Location: Chandigarh Position Overview: We are seeking Director of Sales for Hometel Chandigarh who shall be responsible for driving the strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share, while ensuring outstanding guest experiences and promoting the hotel's reputation within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agents, and other stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand the hotel's reach in the competitive market. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to inform strategic decisions. Lead and mentor the Sales team, providing training and fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Prepare and manage the annual sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Represent Hometel Chandigarh at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Generate accurate reports on sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards goals. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Proven track record of 8+ years in hotel sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Strong knowledge of the Chandigarh market and hospitality industry trends in Punjab region. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred.
