HyFun a leading brand in Frozen Food in India with exports in more than 40+ countries is seeking to strengthen its Retail Sales Team . Position/Profile Title: MIS and Sales Coordinator - Retail Sales Job Location: Ahmedabad Preferred Qualification: Minimum Graduate Grade: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Experience: 3-10 years Age Group: up to 35 years Critical/Special Exposure: Experience in the FMCG, food processing, or food and beverage industry Desired Area of Expertise: Number crunching & coordination across sales functions and cross functions, this position will act as a backbone (data bank) for the entire retail sales function. Roles and Responsibility: Generate and maintain the database & Documents of Customers Tracking & ensuring implementation of sales data through POS across channels Daily, Weekly & Monthly dashboard management Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Maintain a database of inquiries, proposals, queries, responses, etc. Maintaining distributor agreements and documents and assisting distributors to resolve any queries. Preparing and Maintaining distribution-wise/region-wise performance tracking sheet Tracking Market coverage, Billing efficiency, Product & Category performance Track inventory aging (near expiry) and collections aging Processing of distributors' claims and field force expenses as per SOP. Processing Full N Final Settlement of customers Processing of regional orders with accuracy and timeline Responding to complaints from the field force and giving after-sales support as and when required.
