Job Description: 1. The incumbent will be expected to execute the procurement actions of all OPEX and CAPEX purchases predominantly in the field of Mechanical items which will include MRO items (maintenance, repair and operational) as well as Capital Expenditure items required for the various expansion jobs and projects, within a specified TAT (turn around time). 2. He should possess sound negotiation and persuasion skills, have in-depth material knowledge, probable sources of different items and ability to generate the costing of a particular item from the data available with him. 3. He preferably should have worked in ERP atmosphere (SAP or Oracle), should be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Should be able to generate reports, statistics and tables required in MIS. 4. Should be fluent in English both spoken and written & Hindi (spoken). Should be able to make his own correspondence independently without any guidance. 5. And last but the most important of all, he has to be honest, loyal and a person of good conscience and unbending integrity. Qualification B.E or B.Tech Minimum 7 years of experience.
