Job Description

Primary Purpose of Role Managing Licenses, Labels registrations and Brewery Compliances/permissions by coordinating Excise department, various State Government departments and local authorities to ensure smooth operationalization of the Brewery & respective state and end-to-end excise related operational issues. Key Tasks & Accountabilities: Responsible to draft applications, letters and official correspondence with various departments of Government Responsible to manage Brewery / State Compliance approvals from different departments of State Government Securing all operational Licenses, Label registrations, shift approvals, Permits, export permissions, Trade Licenses etc., to operate smoothly. Work in close coordination with various departments to handle end-to-end excise related operational issues on day-to-day basis. Managing timely collection of EVCs & C-form Managing collection from Corporation & reconciliation support to Finance Good analytical skills to visualise what needs to be done to avoid any last-minute issues. Confident to work with Bureaucrats and senior government officials and capability to convince officials with subject knowledge and logical reasoning. Build & manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Well verse with State Excise Rules & Policies Track and monitor market/industry intelligence Work on initiatives on Fiscal policies and share feedbacks with State governments to implement Ease of Doing business policies. Key Relationships Sales & Supply Marketing Sustainability and Agro New Business Development Corporate Communication Team Procurement Logistics Finance & Tax HR Excise Authority Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) Labour department Local Municipal authority etc Education level and/ or experience Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream Preference Law Graduate 8+ years of work experience Experience of working with Central/State Govt. Authorities Skills and/or knowledge High energy, Solution-oriented and positive attitude Exceptional customer orientation Fast-mover, quick to adapt Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment Integrity and professionalism Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively Essential computer operating skills – including MS-Office applications
