Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at hotel pal heights mantra at pahala in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain guests. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with the marketing team to optimize promotions. The Sales Manager will also handle client negotiations, prepare sales reports, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales experience, particularly in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of market strategies, client management, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management Experience of working in a hotel is a must.
