Location: Client's project site office, Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: 6+ years in handling Civil and allied Building works Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) from a reputed college/institution About the Role As a Site Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely execution, and providing valuable insights through regular reporting. You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to drive efficiency and maintain project momentum. Key Responsibilities Project Tracking & Monitoring: Analyze schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Billing & Rate Analysis: Verify contractor billing, conduct rate analysis, and manage financial aspects effectively. Site Visits & Coordination: Conduct regular site visits, oversee construction activities, and liaise with teams for smooth execution. Reporting & Dashboards: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to key stakeholders. Schedule Management: Work with MSP, analyze planned vs. actual progress, and identify areas for improvement. Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and manage project control mechanisms.
