OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB To be independently in-charge of spirit selection, blending and quality control. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for selection of spirits for the purpose of blending. Analysis of spirits and blends as per quality norms and standards. Implement quality control measures/ procedures for wet goods. Minimize storage and handling losses in wet goods. Maintain appropriate records (quality control, excise etc.) KEY INTERFACE INTERNAL Unit Head Production Planning QA / QC WG Procurement Team Finance EXTERNAL WG Suppliers JOB REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS: B Sc./ M Sc. (Chemistry or Microbiology) EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in the liquor industry in a similar role Should have independently handled blending, spirit selection, and quality control of wet and dry goods Computer literate – conversant with MS Office & ERP Job Locations: Karnal & Derabassi, Guwahati, Vijayawada
