Role Description This is a full-time on-site Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Microsoft 365) role located in Noida. The role involves showcasing technical expertise in pre-sales activities, collaborating with sales teams, providing technical support, and communicating effectively with clients to drive successful outcomes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration 5 years of industry experience, including two or more years in sales engineering or consulting Specialization in PC / Server/ Cloud/ SaaS technologies Have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Technologies and Services Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and Paas) Have a good understanding of Microsoft Security and Compliance technology capabilities Have a good understanding of modern device management through Microsoft technologies (Intune, Autopilot, and related) Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities Outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills Positive, service-oriented personality
