Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, talented, energetic, and dynamic individual for the position of Studio Manager at our tattoo studio. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating a high-energy, customer-focused environment. The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, client relations, sales strategies, artist coordination, and compliance with company standards. They will also play a key role in maintaining the studio’s unique atmosphere while ensuring seamless workflow and customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities: • Build and maintain a high-energy, positive team spirit, strengthening bonds between artists and other team members. • Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a seamless experience for walk-in clients and exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. • Maintain studio hygiene and atmosphere per company standards, keeping the Aliens vibe alive at all times. • Provide personalized customer service to create an immersive and memorable experience for each client. • Strictly adhere to and enforce studio operational SOPs and processes. • Handle inbound client inquiries, manage appointments, and book consultations efficiently. • Arrange training sessions for artists to enhance their skills and professional development. • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase studio revenue, including following up with potential sales leads. • Prepare staff rosters, manage artist transfers, and schedule guest spots to ensure optimal staffing at all times. • Coordinate with the design team and clients to ensure timely delivery of designs that meet client expectations. • Communicate with the HQ sales team to boost studio sales and identify process gaps for improvement. • Professionally manage customer complaints and objections, ensuring a positive resolution. • Provide detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager to keep them informed of the studio’s performance. • Maintain an accurate CRM database and data entry system to improve data health and support data-driven decision-making. • Oversee daily cash transactions, deposits, and financial record-keeping. • Manage company-provided employee accommodations, ensuring cleanliness and order. Mandatory Skill Sets: • Graduate (any stream) with 4-5 years of experience in a relevant field. • Preferred industry background: Real Estate, Automobile, Jewelry, or Retail (not mandatory but beneficial). • Strong knowledge of retail industry operations and customer experience best practices. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking initiative. • Strong sales acumen and focus on delivering high-quality customer service. • Solid time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work professionally with people at all levels inside and outside the company. • Prior experience in a similar role (customer service, sales, or operations management) is a plus.
