Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our all-India sales of Atta and oversee our entire value chain — from production to customer delivery. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about traditional foods, consumer health, and building a strong, values-driven brand.Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership: Drive nationwide sales of our Atta and grain products through retail, institutional, and online channels. • Strategy & Execution: Develop go-to-market plans, pricing, distribution, and promotions. • Operations Oversight: Supervise manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and admin. • Marketing & Branding: Work with teams to manage social media, digital marketing, and brand positioning. • 'P&L monitoring': Coordinate with accounts for budgeting, expense tracking, and financial oversight.Team management: Build and lead cross-functional team to support organizational goals
