Fresh graduates with the right skills and attitude are welcome. Candidates with an MBA or a background in B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture will be given preference.Key Responsibilities• • Interpret client and architect briefs to prepare furniture layouts and modular furniture plans (kitchens, wardrobes, etc.)• • Use AutoCAD and SketchUp to create precise architectural and furniture drawings• • Make accurate furniture estimates using Excel and support in costing exercises• • Translate site conditions into technical drawings and propose layout options• • Coordinate with international furniture manufacturers and interpret shop drawings• • Prepare presentations and mood boards using PowerPoint for high-end clientele• • Assist in MEP point coordination and integration into design layouts• • Communicate effectively with global vendors, consultants, and HNI clients• • Travel for international exhibitions, site visits, and vendor meetingsRequired Skills• • B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture (MBA is a strong plus)• • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software• • Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint• • Knowledge of modular furniture systems (kitchens, wardrobes)• • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings• • Keen eye for detail and high design sensibility• • Basic knowledge of MEP and window/door detailing• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• • Fluency in English (written and spoken)What We Offer• • Exposure to luxury international projects and global design standards• • Real-time site execution experience with architects and consultants• • International travel opportunities: Italy, France, UK, USA• • An energetic and collaborative work culture with growth opportunitiesStart your international design journey with Altossa.Apply now at: LAVEEN@
