The team consists of Data Scientists, Psychologists, Machine Learning Experts, and passionate individuals dedicated to democratizing ability development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Special Educator and Behavior Therapist (RCI - India /BCBA/CEC - US Licensed) . The role is based in Bengaluru with some work from home flexibility. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for understanding disabilities, teaching middle school students, effective communication, and implementing special education strategies.Key Responsibilities:Conduct individual sessions focusing on special education, behavioral therapy, early intervention strategies, social skills development, and remedial educational therapies.Assess and design individualized intervention plans tailored to each child's unique needs.Regularly evaluate and document the child’s progress, adjusting methodologies as required.Collaborate closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective support for children.Stay updated with current methodologies and best practices in special education and behavioral interventions.Qualifications:Must hold a valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) License. Licenses from BCBA or CEC in US is preferable. Experience and specialisation with with ADHD. Degree or certification in Special Education, Behavioral Therapy, or related fields.Proven experience conducting special education, behavioral therapy, early intervention, and remedial education sessions.Experience in managing social skills group therapy sessions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to build positive, engaging relationships with children and their families.Application: Interested candidates should submit their resume and relevant certifications/licenses to hr@
