The Tour Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing community trips, going on the trips with group of seniors, coordinating with vendors, leading group activities, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants, and managing logistics during the trips.1. Assist in planning, organizing, and managing all trips for senior citizens.2. Create detailed travel itineraries for the trips.3. Book tickets, accommodations, and transportation for the travellers.4. Going on different trips with senior citizens.5. Participate in the planning and execution of community trips6. Stay updated and research new and trendy travel destinations.7. Monitor travel expenses and identify areas for cost-saving8. Liaise with hotels and vendors for trip arrangements.9. Keep track of blackout dates, new rates for seasons, and off-season pricing.10. Travel with GoHappy Club on all of the trips.11. Addressing all inquiries and information.12. Responsible for VISA application13. Maintaining contacts and communicating with vendors, agents, and stakeholders.What We Need:1. Extraordinary negotiating skills to secure the best deals.2.
