Job Description:We are seeking a highly driven Ad Sales Manager with proven experience in sellingperformance-based advertising campaigns to Auto OEMs. The ideal candidate will have astrong network within the automotive industry, deep knowledge of digital advertisingplatforms, and the ability to drive revenue growth through ROI-focused ad solutions.The role requires expertise in programmatic ads, lead generation campaigns,CPC/CPM/CPA models, and native advertising, with a track record of delivering successfulad solutions to top Auto brands.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth● Develop and execute ad sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from AutoOEMs.● Identify, pitch, and close deals with automobile brands, and industry partners/Agencies.● Focus on selling performance-based ad solutions (CPC, CPA, CPL) across digitalplatforms.● Optimize upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.2. Client Relationship Management● Build strong relationships with marketing heads, media planners, and brandmanagers at Auto OEMs.● Serve as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them on performance-driven adstrategies.● Ensure client retention and satisfaction through timely reporting & campaignoptimization.3. Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis● Work closely with the ad operations & analytics team to ensure seamless campaignexecution.● Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROAS) and suggestoptimizations.● Provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations to clients.4. Industry & Market Intelligence● Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, auto industry marketing, andprogrammatic innovations.● Monitor competitor strategies and identify new revenue opportunities.● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand presence andnetwork.Key Requirements:1. Experience & Skills● 5-8 years of experience in Ad Sales / Business Development in the Auto industry.● Strong Auto OEM network/ Agency network and deep understanding of automotivedigital marketing needs.● Proven track record of selling performance-based campaigns (CPC, CPL, CPA, CPM).● Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic Platforms, Native Advertising, and Auto Portals.● Ability to analyze data, track campaign KPIs, and suggest data-driven optimizations.● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.● Ability to close high-value deals with Auto OEMs.2. Educational Qualification● Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):1. Revenue & Sales Performance● Ad sales revenue target achievement (monthly/quarterly).● Number of new Auto OEMs onboarded for performance campaigns.● Revenue growth from existing clients (upselling & cross-selling).2. Client & Account Management● Client retention rate (repeat business from Auto OEMs).● Customer satisfaction score (CSAT) from advertisers.● Timely campaign execution and performance tracking.3.
