The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, audits, financial reporting, and automation initiatives across multiple entities, including international locations.Key Responsibilities:Lead accounting operations including closure of books, P&L analysis, balance sheet and cash flow preparation.Ensure timely compliance for direct and indirect taxes including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.Manage and coordinate internal, statutory, and compliance audits.Present MIS reports and dashboards to senior management and support strategic planning.Supervise financial controls, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.Implement automation tools and drive process improvements across finance functions.Work with international stakeholders and coordinate with service providers in other countries.Key Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, corporate taxation, and international tax regulations.Experience with financial reporting, MIS, and ERP/accounting software.Proven ability to manage multiple entities and handle international financial operations.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
