About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Freight Forwarding or Logistics to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded HR professional who can manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and other HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding:Manage end-to-end recruitment for logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding roles.Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee Relations & Compliance:Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.Handle disciplinary procedures, terminations, and conflict resolution.Payroll & Compensation:Collaborate with finance to process payroll, bonuses, and benefits.Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).Training & Development:Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.Conduct workshops on compliance, soft skills, and leadership development.HR Operations & Performance Management:Implement HR policies, maintain records, and manage HRMS software.Drive performance appraisals and feedback sessions.Workforce Planning & Employee Engagement:Develop employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.Monitor attendance, leaves, and workforce planning.Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS software & Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
