Craft compelling messages to initiate conversations and warm up leads.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Understand their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how Komplytek's solutions can address those issues.Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the prospect's requirements and assess their fitment for our services.Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and provide necessary background information.Continuous Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to tailor outreach strategies and identify new opportunities.Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in our CRM system. Regularly update the database with relevant information.Social Media Management: Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.Website & Content Management: Upload and update blog posts, service pages, and announcements on the company website. Support SEO efforts through keyword research and basic optimization.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
