Job Title: Technical Recruiter – US IT RecruitmentLocation: Sec 58, NoidaAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Recruiter with expertise in hiring Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and AI/ML professionals for full-time roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the data analytics industry and a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent in roles like Data Scientists, Data Engineers, BI Analysts, Machine Learning Engineers, and related positions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach to attract top data analytics professionals.Requirement Gathering: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and company culture.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future hiring needs.Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary discussions, offer negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for hired candidates.Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment reports and ensure adherence to hiring policies and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the Data Analytics, AI/ML, or Cloud domain.Strong knowledge of data-related roles and their required skill sets, including SQL, Python, ETL, Data Warehousing, BI Tools, and Cloud Technologies.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, Career Builder.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience working with Data Analytics consultancies, IT service firms, or technology-driven companies.Familiarity with Boolean search, AI-based recruitment tools, and passive candidate sourcing techniques.Understanding of employment laws and compliance in hiring.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Cab Pick & Drop for Female Candidates.Free Meals for all employees.Opportunity to work with leading clients in the Data Analytics industry.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding recruitment firm.
