Our single point focuses on delivering student outcomes through a gamified engagement model.To achieve this, we are actively looking for highly driven and skilled spartans.Website: by Neelakantha Bhanu: LinkWhat will you do in the next 6 - 12 months?Deliver live sessions online comprehensively to students between grades K-12 and prepare well in advance for the sessionsShould make the live classes interactive, exciting, engaging and bring a fun learning environment to the classroomShould be open to getting trained and retrained as per Bhanzu’s way of teaching and improvising the learning in the live sessions.Adhere to the Bhanzu way of learning and the company policies.What is in it for you?An accelerated career path within the Content Operations team as a Senior Teacher or Lead Trainer within 1-2 years. (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.A./M.A. in math/statistics/economics is strongly preferred).Working Hours Range: 9 PM - 7 AMStrong understanding of math content and pedagogy and work experience in teaching/tutoring math (at least 1 year). An affinity for math, strong logical reasoning skills, patience and passion for teaching.Excellent communication skills and has the Energy/Sense of Humor, and ability to keep the class engaging and online persona/presence.
