We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Tender Expert to join our team in Salt Lake, Kolkata.Job Overview:We are looking for a professional with expertise in tendering, procurement, or bid management, ideally from the engineering consultancy, PMC, PMU, SQC, or advisory background. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of procurement methods and documentation, and be capable of managing end-to-end tendering processes.Key Responsibilities:Identify and shortlist tenders from various platformsPrepare tender documentation including forms, CVs, annexures, and required declarationsEnsure timely submission of tenders and coordination across departmentsInterpret and apply different procurement methods (QCBS, QBS, EPC, BOT)Attend client meetings and pre-bid discussions when requiredMaintain proper records and tracking of submissions and updatesCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholdersMaintain compliance with tender guidelines, procurement regulations, and contract lawsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in English, Engineering, or any relevant fieldMaster’s degree or certification in procurement or project management will be an added advantage3–5 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or bid managementStrong understanding of QCBS, QBS, EPC, and BOT procurement processesFamiliarity with contract regulations, government bidding portals, and documentation standardsProficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesTo Apply: Send your CV to hr.radiant.archi@ with the subject: Application for Tender Expert – Salt Lake.
