Embody leadership and service as 7-Eleven GSC remains dedicated to meeting the needs of customers and communities.About the Role: The Accounting Manager - Revenue Processing has primary responsibility to ensure the assigned revenues and tender reported sales from 7-Eleven's retail stores are complete and accurate and make adjustments as needed.Responsibilities:Supervise multiple teams supporting the revenue accounting function of the organization.Work with US counterparts to develop the methodology and required support/documentation to adjust recorded transactions from stores.Work directly with third party banks, card processors and others to resolve questions and exceptions to processing.Collaborate with IT to remediate any exceptions in systemic processes identified.Oversee teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation processes for production of monthly financials for each store.Monitor the concerns/issues in submitted cases by store personnel and team response to cases to ensure propriety of response.Meet with US counterparts on frequent cadence to discuss organizational changes, changes in process/IT systems, and status of processing.Instill with the team a strong understanding of POS systems as well as backoffice systems, data flow and scheduled jobs.Develop leadership within the team to provide a subordinate level of support as well as succession planning.Ensure requisite technical skills are maintained among team members with core applications (Excel, MS applications, etc) to allow efficient processing.Develop appropriate reporting/tools to monitor key data critical to processing.Provide timely feedback to team members on areas of success as well as areas of improvement.Support technical and nontechnical projects as needed.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors/4 Yr DegreeYears of Experience: 10+ yearsYears of Team Management Experience: 5+ yearsRequired Skills:Strong understanding of store systems for reporting of sales, commissioned sales, credit and banking transactions.Moderate to advanced skills using MS ExcelStrong understanding of reconciliation tools such as Trintech's ReconnetDatabase development and queries a plusEqual Opportunity Statement: 7-Eleven Global Solution Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
