Job Title: Senior ServiceNow ITSM DeveloperLocation: Hybrid /MohaliExperience: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Developer who will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ITSM suite and working knowledge or hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, Event Management), SAM, and HAM modules.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, delivering digital transformation and automation across IT services.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, etc.Design, develop, and deploy custom applications, workflows, business rules, and integrations using Flow Designer, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide optimal ServiceNow solutions.Drive improvements in IT processes through automation and integration.Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams for ITOM implementations like Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.Assist in deploying and configuring SAM and HAM modules for software and hardware asset lifecycle tracking and license compliance.Perform regular platform upgrades and patching while ensuring system stability and security.Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support materials.Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and collaborate in Agile development environments.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.Strong expertise in ITSM module configuration and customization.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Exposure to ITOM suite – particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.Working knowledge of SAM and/or HAM modules is preferred.Experience with CMDB management and CI relationships.Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a must; ITSM and ITOM certifications are a plus.Nice to Have:Experience working in a product-based or enterprise-scale environment.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Why Join Us?Work with cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions and enterprise-grade implementations.Collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.Opportunity to expand into advanced ServiceNow modules and leadership roles.
